Could you confirm what you mean by "update" ? Are you talking about an update of a collaboration project ?
If yes then what is your exact NeoLoad version that you can see from the menu Help-->About NeoLoad?
One more thing. If you got that issue in the update wizard of a collaboration project, did you click on the back/next button multiple times before getting that error?
In other word, if you re-open that wizard and try from scratch do you still get that same error?

Neoload version is 5.1.3
Yup we've tried restarting the machine and all that and still giving me an update error.
