    You can't execute DNS request from NeoLoad outside of the box. It should still be possible to do it using Java code in a NeoLoad Javascript or executing a third tool from NeoLoad.

    I do not know such WebSocket application but it might be due to some dynamic data. You should check with the server logs if some id's are expecting and not valid.

    I provided a screen shot that demonstrates how to find where a variable has been extracted. It's not the only way but only one of them to do it. The glag feature can also be used.
