Think time can be set on individual pages or globally at the virtual user level. The latter is usually the prefered solution.

But you cannot set a think time at the container level. You can set a pacing in order to make sure that your transactions will last a minimum amount of time.

According to your needs, you may also insert a Delay before the first page of the container or just before the container.
