We are currently unable to record the application using Neo Load. We tried multiple options but still not manage to record the web application.
Do you have issues to record one specific application or any applications?
What is exactly the behavior when you are trying to record your application? Do you get any errors? Do you record some steps or not even one transaction?

What kind of application is this? Is your portal SSL enabled? If this is SSL enabled, find out the SSL version supported by your application.
