I am unable to record our application with neoload, the application is working fine, but when trying to record from neoload, its showing error as page cant be dispalyed. How can this issue be resolved?
The first thing to check is if you are able to record any other HTTP application to confirm that your setup is correct.
Then could you tell if your application is HTTPS or HTTP?
If it's HTTPS, what happen if you manually create your request in NeoLoad by creating the server and then the request in your user path? Then run a check virtual user to see the result.
