I looked at your screen shot and i do not understand your issue. When you start a NeoLoad recording and the browser is started you get the NeoLoad proxy home page like in your screen shot.

Then if you enter your application URL in the address bar you should be able to connect to your application and NeoLoad should be able to record it.

Is it not what happens?
