cannot check user path

I am using NeoLoad 7.9.1. My installation shows several issues. The first is that I cannot check a user path: when I request it, no windows open.
The log shows: sun.awt.shell.Win32ShellFolderManager2 getDesktop
WARNING: Cannot access 'Desktop'
java.io.IOException: Could not get shell folder ID list
The PC has the Desktop folder mapped to a network drive for the company policy. Is that the problem? How can it bypassed

I googled a bit about that error message and this might be due to your Desktop mapping settings. I can't tell if it is related to your check user path issue since it should impact NeoLoad when you open the File chooser. So there's potentially two different issues.

Anyway i found a bug on the JVM fixed in version 9 of the JDK related to that 'Desktop' error.

So in case could you download the NeoLoad JDK 11 version from our download section here and check if you still have the issue with that version?

If it does not fix your issue we may need a zip of the entire NeoLoad logs folder after reproducing it.

The JDK11 version didn't solve the issue. I cannot change the Desktop setting per company policy so that would make NeoLoad unusable here.
I attach all the logs. Please consider that something is with the standard JDK and something with JDK 11
