NeoLoad test result error (Test Client-end via VPN)

We would like to test running reports in the Client-end Oracle Applications (Forms) by NeoLoad. After connecting to the Client-end by VPN, we started recording the test process by using NeoLoad. The process includes "Home Page", "Login",...."Logout". After the recording finished, we click the "Start checking" button in NeoLoad, but found a few errors. Below attachments show one of the errors: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. Could you kindly help and advise? Thank you very much.

We checked the data, and it has no problem. Could you interpret what the "correlation issue" stands for? We have finished the set up in the below link: https://www.neotys.com/documents/doc/neoload/latest/en/ht...
but also have an error when opening the Oracle Forms by clicking "Start checking" in Neoload.

Imagine you are logging into a banking application, you send the username and password, the web application send you a unique user token in return, for example ABC, when you visit the account screen, you send that ABC token back to the server. When you playback the same test, you send the username and password again, the web application gives you a token XYZ. you go to the account screen but are still sending back ABC. Correlation is making sure whatever unique values you are sent, you return. See this course in the academy: https://academy.neotys.com/courses/design/lessons/design-...

Thank you very much. We already understand the correlation issue. However, apart from the HTTP 500 error, there also have errors: HTTP 302 Moved Temporarily and HTTP 403 Forbidden. Could you kindly advise. Thank you~

you asked what correlation issue meant? all these errors could be the result of missing correlations between responses and subsequent requests. You should look at the data you are sending that results in the error being returned. I don't see any requests here so can't suggest anything else
