Hello there,
I have a script which is recorded by Chrome and then when I am validating it I see that all requests are executed one after each other.
Is there a way how I can configure Neoload to run all nodes from a page in the same time and not wait for the 200 response to come?
You can see in my image which requests I want to run at the same time. Some of the requests take a longer time to finish (which is expected) and the other is quicker. The idea is to run them all at the same moment and to validate when they will finish.
By default NeoLoad executes the first request and then the rest is executed in parallel using at maximum 6 different connections like a browser. Do you see your requests executed exactly in the same order as they are in the design section? or is it random?
No, NeoLoad is executing every request after the previous one is finished.
The same results are also when I validate the steps.
All requests are executed in the same order and not randomly
Ok so first of all in case it has been modified look at the advanced page option and make sure that it's still parallel option that is selected.
Second could you provide a screen shot of the HTTP headers of your requests?
The goal would be to check if those requests are AJAX requests.
Are you talking about this page?
Here are the headers of one https request.
I will be very happy if you can help me. We are evaluating your software and planning to use it if it fits our needs.
I can even make a Zoom conversation to share my screen and project and to fix this issue.
Thanks in advance
see attached image, select this webpage in the treeview, on the right hand side of neoload at the bottom, click the advanced button, this is the screen Neouredine is referring too, you should see the parallel radio button is selected?
If you are evaluating the software, you should have access to your local account team, they would be happy to jump on a zoom meeting with you. Where are you based?
If you are evaluating NeoLoad the best would be to send an email at sales@neotys.com so a pre-sales can help you on that issue.
From your screen shot i do not see anything in the HTTP headers that would lead to such issue. Regarding the page option it is not there. Please look at the documentation here
One last check is the number of connection at the browser level. In the check vu panel if you hit the Advanced button you can select the browser settings from where you should see the 6 connections used by default. In case here is a link from NeoLoad documentation where you can find that setting.
So, I am based in Sofia, Bulgaria and I checked now all my settings
It seems that they are correct. Also, I tried with a different number of parallel connections and with dynamical execution of page resources, and there are no changes.
Maybe is better to get in contact with pre-sales team member. We are using the free version of your product if this matters.
