I have a license that was used on one machine but that machine has been torn down as part of our pipeline as it was no longer needed. I want to use the license again on a separate machine but as the original machine no longer exists I am unable to deactivate it.

How do I transfer the license to the new machine?

But that says to go to my customer area and I cannot find that on your site either.
