We have 250 concurrent user license installed on one VM Machine.
We need to transfer license from our US region VM to Cloud VM.
Just to give you background, our existing neoload machine has crashed due to some issue, we have managed to restore it but the IP address is changed.
Due to this we are not able to go through Deactivation procedure. Need your help me transferring the license.
IP of Existing Machine where Neoload license is configured:
192.168.1.109
IP of new VM where License needs to be configured:
172.19.1.57
