This error is a generic Siebel error. It means that the server sent an error. You need to look at the error details if any. Usually it happens when your script is not executing the correct data. You may have to correlate some dynamic parameters to execute your user path.

Start from the beginning of the script and compare the response sent by the server during the user check validation and what is expected from the recorded responses.
