NeoLoad 6.9.0, hosted locally
When running a Check user path on a User Path I get this back for .png files
HTTP/1.1 406 Not Acceptable
It came in fine at record time

Nervermind.... found the issue.
It was a framework gone wild.
I was taking values in the header and replacing / with the new value!
Accept
image/webp,image/apng,image/*,*/*;q=0.8
became
Accept
image${atag}webp,image${atag}apng,image${atag}*,*${atag}*;q=0.8
