The point is that most variables can change their value (go to next line for CSV, next random value for a random variable, etc...) automatically according to the value change policy (ex: Go to next value when the variable is used in another Transaction).

The variable modifier triggers a chnage outside the preset rule.

You cannot set a custom value.
