The replace function not working with extracted variable ?

var extracted =
context.variableManager.getValue("extractedvalue..variable");
var modified = extracted.replace(/\x2D/g,"-");
Neoload doesnt replace. help me please?

You need to escape your "\" like this: var modified = extracted.replace(/\\x2D/g,"-");
