It seems that there's an issue of communication between your NeoSense server and your location.

You should look at the core and location engine logs that are available under:

/root/.neotys/neosense/1.2 for the core on Linux and /root/.neotys/neosense/1.2.0;build=590/neoload-location-engine-*************/logs for the location engine.

On Windows it's under C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\NeoSense\1.2.0;build=590\neoload-location-engine-************\logs for the location engine and C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\ .neotys\neosense\1.2\ for the core.
