When I record, there is no screenshot captured. Does anyone have a solution?

I am running 6.5.1 (latest version). I already tried turning on the general setting to capture the browser window but it didn't help.

There is no solution. According to Neotys, the screenshot is just auxiliary information. We should just focus on the data captured and not the screenshots. Too bad that they...
