while generating the Neo-load report getting error unable to get the report how to fix this issue?

i am running multiple (4) test scripts at a time after completed the test while generating the report getting below error, when i was running single test script at that time i didn't get this issue i am not sure its due to multiple test scripts running can you please suggest me how to fix
and could i able to update the neo-load current version to latest version on the same trial licence ? please suggest me

It's difficult to say what is going on with that screen shot. Could you click on the "details" button so we can check the content of the error?

What do you mean regarding your license? You can update your current version to any patch version 5.1.xx. But you can't upgrade for example from 5.0.xx to 5.1.xx using the same license.

It's an identified issue. Please remove all your empty  Graph Boards from the Graphs tab of your test results before generating your report.
