But this error is not coming while checking this in "check this virtual user" for 10 iterations. Am getting this error in running it. for say example, 25 users.

NL-REDIRECT-03 means that the previous request didn't issue a redirection (typically HTTP Code 302). It typically means that the previous request (here /demo/2/login.php) failed. Either because it fails under load or because the login/password list contains an invalid entry. Simply look at this previous request response to find the root cause.
