Attempting to record a profile, and the browser gives me a certificate error. I have added the certificate as well as edit java.security per past questions asked within the community. No success
What type of certificate error do you get? Is it a warning that you can skip or something else?
If you try to record any other HTTPS application from the Internet, do you also get that certificate error?
It begins with a warning, giving you the option to continue. Once you do, the page will give you text, but the images do not load. The "untrusted certificate" error message is constant.
Once we move from one server to another, I am unable to continue, as the message, within an iFrame, states:
Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate.
That warning indicates that the NeoLoad certificate that you loaded is not correct or not loaded in the right area.
Make sure that your NeoLoad certificate is loaded in your browser under "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" tab.
Note that you cannot use a NeoLoad cerfiticate from a different installation or version. You have to load the certificate from the NeoLoad you are using.
