I am trying to record for load testing but neoload it seems is not recognizing a popup. I need to select some items from a list that is shown in a popup window but neoload is not recording that action.
any help is appreciated

Just to clarify, Neoload is a protocol based test tool and (with the exception of SAP GUI), it wont recognise popups and the data entered into them, unless that data is then subsequently send down the network in a HTTP request. The data sent in the request might not match the GUI though. For example, the second item in a salutation combobox might be "Mrs", the resulting http request might say "title=2". You would need to check the data being sent in the requests looking for the data entered/selected from the popup
