It might be a lack of resources on your machine like memory issues. You can check the neoload.log file accessible through the menu "Help-->Open logs folder" to verify if there's any memory error.

That html report can be re-generated afterwards if needed. If there's a memory issue you can allocate more memory to the controller. The procedure is described in the NeoLoad documentation here
