When i start Neoload it don´t open. What can i do to fix this problem ?
Don't you get any error message like same license detected on the network or any other message?
You should check the NeoLoad log files in user %APPDATA%\Neotys\NeoLoad\VERSION\logs in case you have some errors about that issue.
Thaks for your answer Nouredine, I have installed the 7.11.1 version and when I open the program only appear the blue square with the logo and then it shut down and nothing happend, I don´t have any message of errors. I check de logs but it is the same result, the program dont open.
Could you provide a zip of your logs folder as i would expect something in the logs if NeoLoad closed after trying to start.
You only provided one log but i would need to check all of them. Could you zip the entire logs folder?
Indeed there's no error in the logs. It seems that NeoLoad started and the agents too but 35s after it stopped.
Could you start a dos consol in admin mode and go to the NeoLoad installation folder under bin folder and execute NeoLoadCmd.exe without any options. It should start NeoLoad and if it stops again check if the dos consol contains some error message.
Also could you check in the Wndows Event viewer under Application/Security if there are some entries related to NeoLoad?
