Neoload 7.0 introduces an integration with container orchestration tool such as Openshift.
Is Neoload capable to start another load generator container as a replacement of the crashed one during the load test ?

The short answer is no. The reason why it does not do that is that even with regular LG's you can't replace an LG that has been lost during the test as it can't be added back to test afterwards.
