I would like to record on an existing script and looking for following options whether or not works for me..
1. create a container as template (like a function) and keep calling the same when needed
or , if this option does not work then,
Record to a specific existing user without altering any of other users in the script

You should use the "Shared container" feature in NeoLoad in order to re-use the same container in multiple scripts.
For example, you can record once your login container and share it among other virtual users without recording it again.
This can be done for any other transactions as soon as the logic of your script is maintained.
