During the smoke test’s, We are constantly observing NL-NETWORK-01 errors in logout or in second last transaction executed in the Neoload cloud LG machines .
But no errors are observed while executing similar smoke test in the local machine/ during the check user path.
We tried with multiple solutions recommended in the internet ( disabling HTTP 2.0, increasing timeout ), But none of them seems working.
Error Message: Error Code: NL-NETWORK-01
Message: Network error: An IO error occurred sending the request.
Details: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: Idle timeout 300000ms
Note: We don’t use reserved LG’s during the smoke test and don’t have access over the cloud LG’s.
According to the error NeoLoad sends the request but did not get any response back after 5 minutes timeout.
Do you always get that error on each execution of that request or is it random?
If it's always could it be due to the URL that is not reachable from outside but only inside your network?

NL-NETWORK-01 error occurs in random requests(mostly in logout) during each test.
Also the url is accessible open to internet, No restrictions for access over outside network.
