I have a scenario wherein i need to test the Video call functionality, for this i need to have a client and customer service executive to be logged in at the same time in different sessions and when client requests for a video call, customer service executive should accept the request to get this call going through. My question is that can we have 2 active sessions in the same browser(one in normal session and another in incognito) and can the video calling capability be tested with Neoload? Please advise me on how to take this up
Neoload playback doesn't require a browser, you would record each session individually and then it would be a matter of test design, looping waiting for a call, accepting, etc
