Hi, I am unable to renew the expired free license (50 users) on my machine. I have recently moved the hard disk to a another laptop. Not sure if that's the issue. could you please help fixing this asap?
If your company owns a commercial license you can renew your FREE license for one year from your customer area. Otherwise you can only get a new 30 days trial license by filling the form from the Neotys web site.
Moving your to a new hard disk should not impact your FREE license.
