In order to prepare my load test with higher number of VUH, I need to validate some tests with smaller population using the 50 free user licence which has expired. How can I reactivate it?

Free licences are now only available for customers, if you are a customer, you should be able to go to your customer area and reactivate it there
I'm already a customer as I'm using some Virtual Users from cloud Session. I've access to the license console but I don't have the possibility to reactivate the licences and change their actual status "Not Activated" (expired on June 23rd) to status "Activated"
Send me a private message with your email address and I can look this up for you. You can't reactivate a licence but should be able to request a new one
