Hi, we are trying to create a new Load Generator agent on a virtual machine running Windows 7.
However, after installing the Load Generator, the process simply starts and then stops.
We have opened the relevant ports on the machine.
Do you have any solutions to this? Or indeed is there a log file that may give us more information? At the moment I can only see in Windows Event Viewer some messages saying similar to "Neoload agent started" then "Neoload agent stopped".

The log files are located under the Windows user profile that has started the Agent. Since you are using the Windows service it's the System user.
For debugging purpose, i would suggest you to manually start the Agent through the Windows menu entry.
Then the log files should be located here:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\NeoLoad\<version>\
