I’ve updated from Neoload version 7.3. to 7.5.1. However, the upgrade has removed the 3000 Web User license I had on the server.
When I try and re-import the RSP license file I get the Import Error message “This lease request is currently used”.
How do I resolve this issue?
I assume this is Windows? an offline lease file is installed under a user profile. I assume you have just logged into the machine as a different user or you are running Neoload as a different user
