You did not provide enough information to help you. Could you tell if a check vu is working? Then what about a test with 2 concurrent users?
What do you mean by "use the same Test Data sheet"? How the test data are used is defined by you in the variable policy. You choose Global or Local. Global the test data are shared by all the users whereas Local all the users will use the exact same data.
