Dear Team, Please help me how to configure the parameter settings that would be equivalent to "block allocation in Load runner" ; ex: 1 user to use 50 data and test is executed for 500 users - so as a minimum, parameter file will contain 25000 data.

I’m unfamiliar with LR and the block feature but based on your question, Neoload doesn’t have this. You could use the database option for test data and each VU runs a query like select data from dB where VU = context.currentvu.id? You would need to check the documentation for the exact syntax.
