how to install Neoload 32-bit version on Windows 10 64 bit OS

Hi Team, we have windows 10 64 bit version. we would like to record SAP GUI scenario but Neoload throwing error "SAP recording is available only with 32 bits Neoload version". is there a way to install 32 bit Neoload on 64 bit OS please? or any other solution without changing the OS?

There's no issue to install the 32 bit NeoLoad version on a 64 bits OS. So just download the 32 bits version from the download area and install it as usual.

I also tried download this free edition 7.0 in my window 10, but its been 10 days, I couldn't get succeeded. Neotys should list what version would compatible to window 10. There is neither phone to contact nor get respond sending email
Download happens partially and can't use Neoload, its so frustrating

@Agni: NeoLoad 7.0 supports Windows 10 (https://www.neotys.com/documents/doc/neoload/latest/en/ht...) as you can see from the docs I listed.

Sorry, you are having troubles with downloading...maybe you network or virus protection is causing some blocking?
