I have the free version of neoload on my local which records fine, but my company set up a server where the real license is installed and neoload will not record.
Any ideas on what could it be?
The chrome page won't even invoke to start recording.

Do you have that issue whatever the browser used when starting the recording?
What happens exactly after you hit the recording button?

I tried with IE and chrome.
I click on start recording. The recording box appears, and the user path is created on the left, but the chrome or IE page never opens. If I try to open it myself, it still does not record.
Again, this does not happen in my local with the free version, only on the IT server where the full license is applied.
