How to create a graph that plot the value from an extracted variable?

Hello,

I am starting to use NeoLoad and I would like to know if it is possible to generate a graph that plots the value of an extracted variable.

Regards

The path is a parent child hierarchy (ie. folder and metric). The pipe character is used to separate them.

eg my path could be these...
Neils Custom Counters | someMetric
Neils Custom Counters | someOtherMetric

Yes, you can use the plot external data action from the actions section (bottom left of Neoload), in advanced > misc folder

If the value to plot is a time, then you can use the advanced Action 'Misc / Custom Measurement" to get the result natively included in test results.

Hi,
Thank you for your answers.

I could use the action to Store External Data Entry, but when I execute the scenario, into the Graphs - External Data tab, the stored entry is not available yet.

It could be by the way how I defined the stored data?
I am using the following parameters:

  • value -> my extracted variable,
  • path -> "init" what should I put here?

I am using a free edition license. Is it not enough?
