When i try to perform recording after installing the certificate, the browser window which waas opening earlier by default is now not getting opened. Also Start recording button is not working properly
There's no known issue with HTTPS recording with NeoLoad 6.8. The fact that you have imported the NeoLoad ROOT certificate can't break your recording. Could you provide more information with screen shots about your "start recording" issue?
