How do i raise support ticket from my customer area?

I tried to send email to activation@neotys.com but they asked me to create case with the support team.

Can you help me with the support contact number or email-id please? I

Within each customer there will be named individuals who are account admins, they can create support tickets as well as giving others the permission to do this. Send me your email address and organization and I will put you in touch.

Not sure who is account admin for us. 2 years back account was linked to Siddharth Mannan (Ex GEP employee) Not sure though.
