when i add sql server counters i got "system 53 error" and i am unbale to add.how to resolve this.
Note: i have followed below link(https://www.neotys.com/documents/doc/neoload/latest/#1159.htm#o26695) steps but after that also gettign same error.could you please give me workaroud. i have followed steps in screenshot3 (how to connect remote server) but no use.please find attached screenshots.
2nd query: in sc3 screenshot even i have enabled"Turn on file and printer sharing " option under domain(plz refer option1 screenshot) but it is not enabled and immediately it is disabled. i have tried this 15 times.so my question i thought my network team has disabled that option.so could you please tell me where can i change any setting apart from above in control panel.can i change anywhere to enable that option i.e. "Turn on file and printer sharing:
Note:please refer option 1 screenshot.here problem is not enabled that 1st option .even i have tried to enable 1st option i.e. turn on file and printer sharing" under domain option.can you please suggest me if i wwant to enable 1st option(Turn on file and printer sharing) where can i change the settings apart from above place(control panel->Advance sharing settings->domain-turn on printer and file sharing(1st option).here can i define any policy under group policy ?suggest me.

As covered before, you should not provide the port number, the field just requires the hostname or IP address, this allows you to connect to the server machine and gets past the error 53. Your next error is invalid username and password, as covered before, this is because you need to be using a Windows NT user to authenticate, not a SQLServer user. That user needs to be in the performance monitor group in windows on the server machine you are connecting to. Until you reach this stage there is little more I can suggest as I don't have sqlserver. If you are a customer and have active maintenance, I would suggest raising a support ticket or asking your local account team for a remote session / web meeting

You have included the port number when all it was asking for is the hostname?

in above when i go to enable turn on file and printer sharing option in "Domain profile" i am not able to select 1st option even i have selected 1st option "Turn on file and printer sharing" and then saved again it is coming to 2nd option.(refer sc6 which i have added) do u know where i can enable 1st option i..e , Turn on file and printer sharing instead of 2 nd option in sc6.
please suggest me solution for how to enable turn on file and printer sharing (1st option) in sc6.waiting for your quick reply.
Hi, you are missing the point I was making, it was not asking for port. Please try with just the hostname

For file and pritner sharing i have selected the same optiion and saved it as with my admin access but no use.after saving also the 2nd option "Turn off file and printer sharing options" .what is the casue even we saved the 1st option why it is not saved.can i change any modificaiton to enable "Turn on file and printe rsharing" in somewhere like group policies? please give me soliution for this.

i have given ip address along with port in host filed.basically my db server is in remote location and i have followed all the steps that neotys has suggested(link: https://www.neotys.com/documents/doc/neoload/latest/#1159.htm#o26695 - i have followed all the steps that is how to connnect to remote server- here i have not followed 2nd step "File and printer sharing" because it is disabled in my machine and network team has done that.so i Humbly request you to suggest me workaround solution as early as possible.

Is it in Neoload machine or SQl server management studio? - please answer.
2nd query - That user needs to be in the performance monitor group in windows on the server machine you are connecting to - here my query is where the user is need to add in performance monitor group - u mean it is in my machine or client server machine?
