Steps:
1. Installed Docker ToolBox and Oracle VM. Started Docker setup of NeoLoad Web.
2. Successfully able to access NeoLoad Web URL on http://192.168.99.100/
3. Login to NeoLoad web and generated access token
4. Open NeoLoad ->Edit->Preferences->NeoLoad Web->On-Premise
Provided URL as "http://192.168.99.100/"; and access token copied from NeoLoad Web console.
In the NeoLoad preferences you need to use the NeoLoad REST API Port configured in your YAML file. By default the port is 8080 unless you have modified it.
So your URL should be: http://192.168.99.100:8080
