My mobile does not browse after setting proxy

Once i set the proxy in my mobile, the network connection is lost and mobile wouldn't browse. I have followed all instructions properly. I have installed the certificate in mobile. Set the proxy with IP of the machine in which neoload is running as host name and 8090 as port. There are no firewall settings in my machine. I start the neoload recording before opening the app in my mobile.. I tried this in both Android and iOS.I tried this with both free and evaluation licenses. Kindly help me out.

I tried with android and I'm also facing exactly the same issue. If you are able to overcome this issue could you please suggest me what needs to be that. I'll really appreciate your response. Thank you..

The first thing to check when you change the proxy settings in your mobile with the IP address of your NeoLoad controller is that you can reach the NeoLoad proxy when the recording is started.

So open your browser on your mobile and try to reach http://<IP_Controller>:8090

If you can't reach that URL then it means that there's a firewall between your mobile and the NeoLoad machine.
