We have a floating licensing system. We have a user who is no longer with us, but has checked out a license. How do we boot-off (forced release) of this user's license so someone else can use it?
Currently, a floating license cannot be forced release from the license server.
There's a specific procedure to apply but you will need the help of the Neotys technical support.
