Not able to record native app using proxy mode.internet not working in mobile after adding the proxy

I have tried with port 8090,80,443.but as soon as I enter the proxy net is no longer available in mobile.

Your mobile may not have access to the NeoLoad machine due to a firewall. When you change the proxy settings in your mobile and start a NeoLoad recording you can try to reach the NeoLoad proxy home page using your mobile browser. For instance the URL to try will be something like: http://<NeoLoad_IP>:8090

If you get a timeout connection that it confirms that there's a firewall on the NeoLoad machine or between NeoLoad machine and your mobile.

I have already tried the url http://<NeoLoad_IP>:8090 in the mobile browser after changing the proxy. I got Neoload error but not any timeout issues.

Regarding your case, do you need a Proxy when reaching your application or internet from the machine that hosts NeoLoad? If yes, don't forget to set-up the Proxy in the General settings.

Hi Christophe,
Firstly we do not have any proxy in the machine that hosts neoload. When tried creating a support ticket with the link u provided, it's again getting redirected to answers.neotys.com .
The problem publishing here didn't resolve this issue.so can you please setup a direct WebEx with the neoload support team
