I can get to a https site I want to record without issue in IE. But when I try to record it I get the message "This Page can't be displayed". I have imported the NeoLoad trusted root authority certificate (DO_NOT_TRUST_NeoLoadRoot.cer ) into the browser's certificate authority key store but it hasn't worked. What should I try next?
The best would be to manually create your request in NeoLoad and run a check virtual user. If it's an SSL issue you should get a meaningful error message.
