company proxy setting does not work while user path replay

I have successfully recorded a user path. when I replay I receive 407 errors on all my websocket calls o server. after reading articles I changed preferences and proxy settings for application proxy and gave corporate proxy uri and port however the problem still persist.

please help.

I'm surprised that you get such issue during replaying and not during the recording. Could you confirm that during the recording you had your proxy setup in the NeoLoad preferences under Application proxy?

If you do need a proxy for recording make sure that you entered your credential to authenticate against your proxy. Do you know what type of authentication is required for your proxy? (Basic, NTLM or other)

Hi Nouredine, thanks for coming back to me. I do not get any issues while recording, the proxy is setup while recording as well, attached are the screenshots for the same. I think we use NTLM proxy.

Looking at your screen shot it seems that your proxy required NTLM authentication. Have you configured your Windows credentials in NeoLoad preferences for your proxy?

You may use the right syntax like with domain name: DOMAIN\username or sometimes without domain with only username.
