When I used the cloud session, I cannot set 1 hour duration as it will give an error saying duration too short. As a result I changed to 3 hours but my test scripts only last for 1 hour and it stopped completely after 1 hour (see attached report). However the cloud session was still running and hence using up 1000 VUH of my credits. Can you please investigate and would you be able to reimburse 1000 VUH back to my account as I used only 1 hour of cloud session for load testing ?
