Currently I am Using Multiple Windows VM for LG, Is it possible to install load Generator in Linux machine?

Yes you can install a load generator on Linux. You can download an installer from the Download section of the Neotys web site.
It's difficult to say if you will get better performances. If you use virtual environment for both Windows and Linux you need to make sure that your host machine is able to handle the load.
