I am planning on running my first 100K test on Wednesday at 11 PM CST. How do I schedule Neotys support? Our trainer said that this is a free service as long as requested 2 days in advance.
I can see your account meet the required conditions in terms of Cloud Credits acquired.
You can ask for the Cloud support for your big cloud tests from your customer area, click on the menu "My Neotys", then "My Cloud / On-call support".
