My company - TESS International bought a license for 2000 VUH that can be tested via NEOLOAD cloud generator. You may see the attachment of purchased that has been made. However, we could not find any email that can be registered and authenticated under cloud console. It mentioned that the account does not have any declared workgroups. Please be informed that TESS workgroups is TESS/NEOTYS/001.

Hi, you have access but the user Ivan, who is logged into the site (see your screenshot), doesn't. You will need to grant him access

Sorry.... you are also trying to buy more and add to the workgroup. Did you mean to be in cloud console?
