First of all, your Iphone device and NeoLoad machine have to be connected to the same network like a WIFI network.

Then make sure that there's no firewall started on the NeoLoad machine. To check the connectivity between the Iphone and NeoLoad, you can simply start a recording on NeoLoad side, change the proxy settings on your Iphone to "<NL_IP>:8090".

Then launch Safari on the Iphone and try to connect to "http://<NL_IP>:8090".

You should reach a page with the "Logo NeoLoad recording" message. If not then you probably have a firewall that is blocking the communication.

If it works then you should be able to record Safari traffic.
